ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thermadyne Holdings Corporation (OTCBB: THMD) announced today it will host a conference call to discuss its 2006 fourth quarter and year end results on Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern).
The Company has delayed filing its 2006 Form 10-K to allow recently hired Company financial personnel sufficient time to: reclassify prior year information for proper presentation of certain discontinued operations, complete the Form 10-K, obtain consent to include prior year financial statements from the Company’s prior independent accounting firm and work with the Company’s new independent accounting firm (appointed in September 2006) to complete the audit. The Company anticipates it will file the Form 10-K prior to its earnings call.
