THMD News Thermadyne Holdings Corporation Announces Appointment of Mark Jolly as Global Controller

Mark recently held the position of chief financial officer of idX Corporation, an international manufacturer of store fixtures. Mark also has experience as global controller of the Tulsa, Oklahoma-based international petrochemical manufacturing operation of Koch Industries Incorporated. In addition, Mark was with General Dynamics Corporation, where he held a number of positions including chief auditor, manager of finance and controller of the AV Technology division. Mark is a CPA who worked with Pricewaterhouse for several years early in his career.
