So, is it closing or not?
Read an article that said that Tioga Downs will shut down if the state doesn't approve a restructuring of the way the profit is divided between the state and Tioga Downs. This will kill the area, losing 300 jobs, not to mention how we all lost our ass on this stock! Vernon downs is also being treatened to be shut down...another 300 jobs! Given that the state changes their policy on profits, and the places stay open, will the stock go up (it certainly can't go down), or will the powers to be just make more money off us suckers? Saying that this is a disappointment is an understatement! There is no good reason that the bottom should have dropped out of this place. I think that TPWR needs new management!
