NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TouchStone Software Corporation (OTCBB:TSSW) today announced that it has
acquired MrDriver.com, a prominent Internet resource for device driver
and PC technical content. The acquisition includes the domain name and
MrDriver.com’s existing device driver database.
“The acquisition of MrDriver.com will provide
a true compliment to TouchStone’s existing
network of technical content web sites and is expected to immediately
pay dividends by directing users to TouchStone’s
popular DriverAgent on-line device driver update subscription service,”
said Jason Raza, president and chief executive officer of TouchStone
Software Corporation. “We are anticipating a
positive return on our investment on the MrDriver.com acquisition as we
immediately begin promoting TouchStone's DriverAgent subscription
service and begin accepting paid advertising on the web site.”
