(OTCBB:UNCN) today announced that as a result of the Company filing its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 20, 2005, the "E" has been removed from its ticker symbol, and the company is again trading under the symbol UNCN. Mark A. Lopez, chief executive officer of Unico, Inc., commented, "We are pleased to have completed the Annual Report and look forward to filing the 14A Definitive Proxy once it receives the SEC's final review on its recommended changes. About Unico Unico, Inc. filed an N-54 election with the SEC on July 12, 2004 to become a Business Development Company, pursuant to Section 54 of the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Company's investment portfolio currently consists of three subsidiaries, the Silver Bell Mining Company, Inc., the Deer Trail Mining Company, LLC and the Bromide Basin Mining Company, LLC.
