UTYW: Unity Wireless Completes First Delivery to Nokia India
Unity Wireless Corporation (OTCBB: UTYWForum Stocks), together with their regional partner, Frog Cellsat Pvt. Ltd., today announced that it has completed delivery of the first shipment of repeaters to Nokia India, first announced in a company press release on November 30, 2006.
India's current wireless subscriber base is approximately 146.54 million, as compared with the 3.6 million on March 31, 2001. Subscription growth is expected at around 75 percent for financial year 2007.
"The Indian market is one of the fastest growing wireless markets in the world, adding about a million new subscribers a week. With the outstanding support of our regional partner, Frog Cellsat Pvt.
