VCAT News Mariposa Selected as the Customer Relationship Management Software Solution for All Six Properties of Resorts International Holdings
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2005--Venture Catalyst Incorporated ("VCAT") (OTCBB:VCAT), announced today that the Resorts International casinos have licensed Mariposa, VCAT's marketing, customer relationship management ("CRM") and business intelligence software system for use at the Las Vegas Hilton, Resorts Atlantic City, Hilton Atlantic City, Resorts Tunica, Bally's Tunica and Resorts East Chicago.
The aggregate value of the contract is $2.3 million.Payment under the contract is contingent on VCAT obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals required in all applicable jurisdictions.
