VERA News Veramark Receives VeraSMART Order from Large Midwestern Medical Center

PITTSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Veramark Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:VERA) today announced receipt of a significant order from a large Midwestern Medical Center.

The Medical Center purchased VeraSMART Work Order, Tie-Line Reconciliation, Allocation, Call Accounting, and EZ-Share™ modules to coordinate and manage their telecommunication network consisting of Cisco and Nortel switches at 10 sites with a total of more than 50,000 extensions.

Using VeraSMART, the Medical Center will manage process flows and usage expenses within their IT and Telecom Department. The Call Accounting module will be used to track specific calls for security purposes and to allocate usage charges. Charges between sites will be allocated through the Tie-Line Reconciliation module. The Medical Center also will employ the Work Order module to manage their help desk/trouble ticketing and order processing. On-demand access to every data element stored in VeraSMART will be available through an interface of EZ-Share with the Medical Center’s General Ledger System.
