VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WordLogic Corporation (OTCBB:WLGC), a leading-edge developer and licenser of advanced multilingual predictive text input software, announced today it has retained Mr. Gordon Friesen to act as an advisor to access capital for the Company.
Friesen will provide WordLogic with access to an extensive database of investors, stock brokers, and money managers and will make introductions to potential funding sources for the Company’s software development and patent-application activities. He will also coordinate WordLogic’s presence in the investment community as well as professional sales support from his team of technology professionals.
Mr. Friesen will arrange bridge financing for the Company to satisfy its working capital requirements followed up by a major financing. The terms of these will be disclosed in due course.
