VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/27/09 -- WordLogic Corporation (OTCBB: WLGC) announced today that the company takes great pleasure having Mr. Charles Freeland accept a private placement of US$400,000 for a total of 2.5 million restricted shares in WordLogic Corporation. Mr. Freeland has been a great supporter of WordLogic over the years. Work is in progress to create a joint venture agreement to build a business vertical and partnership arrangements. Specifics of any licensing agreement or partnership arrangements will be disseminated to investors when the project overview is completed.
