Leading Fortune 500 Technology Distributor Selects WindsorTech, d/b/a QSGI, as Primary Channel Partner; QSGI to Offer Life-Cycle Management Solutions Across All Hardware Platforms HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. IR Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates David Waldman, 212-838-3777 dwaldman@lhai.com or Media Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates Chenoa Taitt, 212-838-3777 ctaitt@lhai.com WindsorTech, Inc. (OTCBB: WSRT) d/b/a QSGI, today announced a major partnership agreement with one of the largest OEM re-sellers and one of the leading providers of technology solutions for business, government and education. The new channel partner, with over $5 billion in annual sales, will offer QSGI's full suite of life-cycle management services, including data destruction and auditing through its global sales force of more than 2,000 account managers. Marc Sherman, chairman and chief executive officer of WindsorTech, stated, "This new channel partner relationship is a significant milestone for our company, as it rapidly expands our market penetration throughout this Fortune 500 distributor's global client base. The sales opportunity is tremendous as our channel partner provides corporate customers of all sizes with new PC platforms and other IT equipment. As existing computer systems come out of service and are replaced, our life-cycle management solutions provide a natural complement for retiring IT equipment. These services will be offered through a sales force of 2,000 strong to meet their corporate customers' data security and regulatory needs. Our channel partner has the ability to enhance its offering with our value-added services and we have the ability to sell through a knowledgeable and entrenched sales force." Mr. Sherman added, "We were selected following an exhaustive due diligence process further validating the scope of our services and the quality of our process. Specifically, our fully automated and tamper-proof data destruction process eliminates any chance of human error, hardware error or software error, and automatically generates a certificate after the software verifies successful data erasure. This unique data erasure process enables QSGI to indemnify its clients from liability with respect to customer and employee data--by documenting compliance under the ever-increasing federal regulations for data security. We look forward to co-marketing our full-suite of services beginning in the second half of 2005."
