Adtegrity.com Expands to Meet Market Demand; Creates Dedicated Account Management Team


Staff Count Increases 50% Since Start of 2007

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., May 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY), a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, today announced a new organizational structure created in response to recent accelerating sales growth.

The Company has created a new Account Management team, led by Kurt Filla, vice president for Network Development. The team will be a critical new single point of contact for all client traffic and optimization, primarily for direct response marketing campaigns. The team will also be charged with non- agency sales and relationship development responsibilities.

As part of its expansion, Adtegrity also announced the addition of Paula Mierendorf to the Account Management team as an account executive. Most recently with Structure Interactive of Grand Rapids, Paula is Adtegrity's fifth new employee since the start of 2007, raising the total number of staff to 15.

The announcement follows one of Adtegrity's strongest financial quarters in its history. The Company reported net income of $147,000 on net revenues of $3 million for the first quarter, compared with net income of $9,004 on net revenues of $2.1 million for the same quarter last year. Adtegrity also increased the number of impressions served during the period to more than 31.4 billion -- up from 14.4 billion in the fourth quarter of 2006 and from 10.5 billion for the same period in 2005.
