Post Mortem
For those of you out there who bought into this stock in the past year, I have assembled information that suggests that principals were taking undisclosed distributions funded by stock sales, even as eviction proceedings at their primary place of business were underway. I don't see any effort to disseminate the true financial or operational status of the business, either before or after the SEC suspension.
