ESCONDIDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2006--Asgard Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheets: AGHG) is pleased to announce its affiliate SuperCritical Thermal Systems, Inc.(STS) of Mead, CO is in the final stages of completing the ASOS project for Hamilton Sundstrand Space Systems of Windsor Locks, CT. The ASOS unit is expected to be shipped within the next day or two.
With the completion of the ASOS prototype unit, STS has expectations that it will be selected in the near future to produce several manned flight units for Hamilton Sundstrand, opening the door to other opportunities in the field of advanced and cryogenic breathing apparatus to be used in further exploration of the moon and the planet Mars.
Hamilton Sundstrand, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation, is among the largest global suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and industrial products.
The company designs and manufactures aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft, and is a major supplier for international space programs. Industrial products serve industries ranging from hydrocarbon, chemical and food processing to construction and mining.
