PTS, Inc.'s Subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation, Forecasts Net Income for Second Quarter 2008 May Increase by 700% When Compared to Entire Year of 2007

PTS, Inc.’s (OTCBB:PTSH) subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation (Pink Sheets:DBYC), reported unaudited first quarter 2008 revenues of $280,825 or 4% less than first quarter 2007. The revenue in first quarter 2007 was $292,323.

Though comparable revenue was slightly off, operating expenses were significantly reduced and in spite of certain nonrecurring expenses, the Company expects to report significantly lower net operating losses in the first quarter when compared to the prior year. Disability Access Consultants, Inc. (DAC) continues to respond to continued growing demand for its services with current projects at the City of Huntington Beach, California and Glendale City, California.

Between new business, existing business and pending new contracts, DAC expects to see revenue upward of $400,000 and forecasts an estimated net income of $150,000 for the second quarter 2008, which would be an increase of approximately 700% in net income compared to the entire year of 2007.
