Go to DPBL message board on www.investorshub.com. Company leaders were involved with Michael Harris who pioneered this technology a few years ago and tried to market that technology themselves. Stephen Guthrie, Michael Young, Nancy Ferguson, Jeffery Seto, Kevin Kendrick and Matt Johnson are probably all being investigated by the SEC, FBI, NC sec of state, Nevada sec of state, etc...
Designed Altobaric Technologies Inc. who was sponsering a suspended hyperbaric treatment for AIDS on the clinicaltrials.gov website with Guthrie listed as the investigator is now in default with the Nevada SOS. All DPBL shares are probably worthless.
