Board of Directors Approves Capital Restructuring to Better Reflect the Company's Overall Business Strategy
BOCA RATON, Fla., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Homeland Integrated
Security Systems, Inc. (OTCPK: HISU stock) is pleased to announce that as of today,
December 1, 2008, the Company has changed its name to DirectView Technology
Group, Inc. (OTCPK: DVWG) The Company will commence trading today under the
new symbol DVWG stock. The Company has also changed its CUSIP number to 254576-101.
The Company's Board of Directors approved a reverse split of 10,000 shares
of common stock into one share of the new common stock. The Company has
undertaken a capital restructuring due to key events DirectView Technology
Group has undertaken recently such as the acquisition of 100 percent of the
assets of DirectView Video Technologies, Inc., and the recent acquisition of
Homeland Integrated Security Systems. Homeland Integrated Security Systems
will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of DirectView Technology
Group, Inc. The Company's new direction better positions DirectView Technology
Group for investments and to open new revenue streams as it expands its
business model to include a variety of industries. Homeland Integrated
Security Systems will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of DirectView
Technology Group Inc.
