iEntertainment Network Receives Contract for Air Force Digital Crew Chief Project
iEntertainment Network, (PINK SHEETS:IENT), the award-winning developer of the World Famous WarBirds TotalSims series of simulations, announced today that they have received a subcontract from SEI, St. Louis, a major defense contractor, to assist Systems & Electronics Inc.,(SEI), of St. Louis, MO in the development of a Digital Crew Chief project for the Air Force Material Command. The contract period has begun and is expected to be completed before the end of September 2005 for its initial phase.
This Contract directs IENT to review the currently available commercial options to produce a Digital Crew Chief system to enhance the ability of maintenance personnel to accomplish maintenance tasks in field and remote locations using modern computer, communications, and video game techniques.
This project will identify commercially available options that may be added to future Air Force efforts to enhance technical maintenance activities and how they might be implemented in the US Air Force.
IENT will produce a report and demonstration to SEI by mid September and work with SEI to produce an extensive demonstration to the United States Air Force Material Command.

On May 20th through May 22nd 2005, there will be massive free online gaming events (no credit card required) for three days in the iEntertainment Online Arenas. On that Saturday at 3 PM EST, a Dawn of Aces (World War I Combat Flying) event will be held, Armored Assault (Tank Combat) Fight Night will also be held at 9 PM EST on Saturday. WarBirds 2005 includes the addition of a new C-47 Paratroop Transport for field capture missions, new Russian planes from the Lavochkin series, several updated terrains and new features including a brand new Military Rank System for improved game play and depth. Improved Terrains include the Battle of Britain terrain, an extremely detailed tanking terrain based on the rolling hills of southern Belgium and an upgraded, large European Theater of Operations terrain. New flight models are being created using an advanced system developed by the iEntertainment Network Team that provides a higher level of fidelity to all aircraft. Extensive study of World War II documentation has resulted in a totally revamped ballistics model that leaves the competition in the dust.
