IGRU News International Gold Resources Delay in 10-KSB Filing

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International Gold Resources Inc. ("IGR") (OTCBB:IGRU) announces that there has been a delay in IGR filing its 10-KSB.

As a result of matters beyond the Company’s control, there has been a delay in finalizing the audit of the Company’s annual financial statements. The delay was not foreseen from the Auditors stand point until the very last minute and so IGR could not avoid the delay. This delay may result in the letter E being placed at the end of the company stock symbol until all filings are complete. (E being: Delinquent in required filings with the SEC). We anticipate that the filings will be completed and filed within three business days and apologize for the delay.
