Bailout or Failout for GM and Big Three?

It is looking more like the US Government will fail to bail out the big three auto makers, so what.

Increasing pressure from the liberal left is not fazing the Bush administration.  At the onset of the big three bailout discussion the Bush Administration insisted TARP funding was to be used for bailing out banks and Wall Street.
As the situation for the big three has deteriorated in Congress the Bush Administration insisted on a car czar (what a stupid idea.)  The car czar would have sweeping authority in dealing with the big three.  However, I doubt any tough talk from the car czar would ever actually be taken seriously.  I can't willingly agree to give any segment of government money; they just waste it!
