POWN News POW! Entertainment's ''Who Wants to be a Superhero?'' Fueled SCI FI's Highest-Rated Week of the Year -- SIS Special Report

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2006--The SCI FI Channel announced last week that, fueled by strong performances from its entire line-up, SCI FI enjoyed its highest-rated week of the year. For the week of August 28 to September 3, 2006, SCI FI was the #2 rated entertainment cable network for persons aged 25-54 and ranked among the top ten in all other key demographics, including persons aged 18-49, persons 18-34, and persons 2+up.

SCI FI's stellar week was powered by a combination of several of its strong original series. On Thursday, the season finale of the popular reality competition series "Who Wants to be a Superhero?" was up 15% from its season-to-date average, withstanding stiff competition from the MTV Music Video Awards, the US Open and college football games. After airing the forth episode, SCI FI announced that the series had already outperformed last year's time period average by an astonishing 67% among viewers 18-49 years of age.

As a result of the recent successful releases of POW's (OTC:POWN) "Lightspeed" staring Lee Majors, and the "Who Wants to be a Superhero?" reality show, POWN's stock appears to be strengthening as bid supports showed a significant tightening of the spread all last week. Friday's trading, with only a one cent spread, had no shareholders willing to sell at the bid and all shares traded were from buyers purchasing at the ask price. This is a good indicator that the stock is now positioned for a potential breakout, and SIS continues with a firm strong buy rating for POWN.
