Strategy X, Inc. Prepares $10,000,000 USD Formal Capabilities RFI To Conduct U.S. Army Installation Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Vulnerability Assessments Services
Strategy X, Inc., (Pink Sheets: SRGX), America's Homeland Security Specialists is pleased to announce they are providing a formal response to a Request for Information (RFI) to provide Services to conduct U.S. Army Installation Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Vulnerability Assessments for specified facilities owned, operated, or under the direct control of the Installation Management Agency. The contract value is expected to be in excess of $10,000,000 USD with the requirements for approximately 60 specified installations within a 21-month period for Antiterrorism Vulnerability and Program Assessments.
Clifford A. Lewis, President and CEO stated, "Based on our unique Homeland Security expertise, we continue to be presented with new and exciting business opportunities. Requirements on this contract include conducting the full-spectrum Force Protection vulnerability assessments utilizing the current version of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency Antiterrorism Vulnerability Assessment Team Guidelines (JSIVA) as the basis; required to notify the installations and appropriate IMA regions of the upcoming assessments; collect current information concerning the facility and surrounding areas, and identify local, state and national agency points of contact for any pertinent information. Assessments will include a Risk Analysis to determine the harm that may be done to an installation because of the location, resources, or equipment associated and an Antiterrorism Operational Assessment (AOA) to test its ability to detect terrorist pre-operational surveillance activities, execute security procedures, implement installation defensive measures to protect from terrorist attack and control access. Provide assistance to installations in developing, writing and/or updating shortfalls in site specific Force Protection Plans, utilizing the AT Plan template for fixed installations and including all five pillars (Information Security, Physical Security, Antiterrorism, Law Enforcement, and High Risk Personnel Security) of force protection. This is right up our alley and I'm really excited about the revenue that can be generated by this solicitation."
Joseph J. Doyle, CTO and Director of Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Division stated, "Our Company name Strategy X Inc., is definitely becoming known throughout the Homeland Security center of influence. Our team is already known through our Military tenure, we are just very pleased to be working together in the same Company applying our principals and policies for specialty security services. The Government and Private industry seem to understand the importance and strength behind our Modeling and Simulation capabilities, which is evidenced by the growing Homeland and Specialty security assignment we are being presented with. The market is huge for our services and we know it, this project alone could bring anywhere from 8 to 12 million dollars worth of business to our company. We are very excited about the growth we are experiencing, as the word continues to get out about Strategy X and our unique security expertise, the more business we will get."
Strategy X, Inc. Recieves the First ''Thumbs Up'' on Pending Contracts
Strategy X, Inc., (Pink Sheets: SRGX), America's Homeland Security Specialists, currently has over $8 million in Homeland Security contract work. In relation to these contracts, Strategy X has deployed its teams on several sites. The majority of these assignments are highly classified and therefore not cleared for public disclosure. Today, the company is pleased to announce it has received the first confirmed "go" on a new contract, one of a significant list of pending contracts. The Company is finalizing the necessary contract documentation and expects to release unclassified details upon receiving communications clearance.
Clifford Lewis, President and CEO commented, "This is a very exciting time for the company and we are looking forward to releasing information to our shareholders. However, the process has its due course. With well over three hundred and fifty million in current contract negotiations, we are convinced that Strategy X will have more contract acquisitions, as well as contract extensions, to announce in the near future."
Strategy X Reports More Revenues From its $8,250,000 Homeland Security Contract
Strategy X, Inc., (Pink Sheets:SRGX) homeland security specialists is pleased to report its continued revenue growth from its $8,250,000 three year Homeland Security Contract. Since deploying its first teams a couple of months ago the Company has received over $100,000 in contract revenues and is expecting to bill much more each year as the work load continues to grow from this contract. All revenues will be in the Company's audited financial statements and included within the SB-2 filing and application to the NASDAQOTCBB. To date the Company has successfully deployed a number of Homeland Security teams on several Department of Defense (DoD) sites with some of these assignments being highly classified and not cleared for public disclosure.
With fiscal year-end now at a close, approximately $20,000,000 of the previously announced contract negotiations are Federal and Civil Government Homeland Security contract grants and they are expected to be awarded at anytime and the Company feels confident in its remarkable position. Most of the remaining negotiations announced are much larger in size and are directly negotiated with Prime DoD and DoE contract holders that are among the highest Fortune 1000 defense organizations who already have a large amount of Homeland Security and Specialty contract work ready for Strategy X.
President and CEO Clifford Lewis states, "We are very pleased with our growth to date, introducing our unique mix of high-tech expertise and hands on military security experience definitely leverages the validation and large scale adoption of Effects Based Security Analysis Survey (EBSA) that is currently taking place at the government level. This first set of revenue represents an excellent example of our position to capitalize on our proven security capabilities and it also serves as a strong demonstration of the value proposition inherent in applying EBSA to address real-time security threat issues to our military bases around the world. While we believe the Federal Government Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Energy (DoE) will continue to provide significant revenue streams for Strategy X for years to come, the emergence of commercial markets is imminent based on the sheer magnitude of terrorist threats and natural disasters these markets could potentially represent the future of the EBSA Security industry."
Strategy X, Inc. Responds to a 'Stars and Stripes' Article Regarding a Breach of Security at a US Military Base in Europe
Strategy X, Inc., (PINK SHEETS:SRGX) responds to an article from the Stars and Stripes newspaper, which serves the US military in overseas locations. The response is to an article published on September 28, 2005, concerning a breach in base security at Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. The article covered an incident where 3 anti-war protesters breached the base perimeter and walked the base unchallenged. Please reference the following link http://www.stripes.com/article.asp?section=104&article=31059&archive =true (see Note A) to review the article.
Clifford Lewis, President and CEO made the following comments concerning the incident, "This is one of the areas that Strategy X can help military bases combat terrorism. We have years of experience in security system design and knowledge of the technology needed to mitigate this type of incident. The processes we use in system development are sound, the DoD, DoE, and the Secret Service among others have used them extensively. Our people at SRGX have worked with and refined this process to make it very effective and efficient. You have to provide your security personnel with the technology and procedures to effectively meet the threat. We can make that happen."
Joseph J. Doyle CTO and Director of the Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Division stated the following, "We use a performance-based process in both the assessment and the design of physical security systems. We call the process the Effects-Based Security Assessment. The process utilizes modeling and simulation to analyze the effectiveness of a security system, and then test designs to ensure they will meet security objectives of a given site. We believe in this process. We know it works. We take a real-world situation and place it in a synthetic environment. It is a replica of the real thing. Once we have the replica built, we can do anything within that environment. We then use a designed base threat and analyze the outcome. When necessary, we can then add procedures or technology to the replica until we come up with a design that will meet the requirements of the site. This eliminates the need for best educated guess, and takes away the question of whether or not the security system will perform. There is no better way of designing a physical security system."
Mr. Lewis concludes with the following, "Although this was anti-war protestors making a statement, it could have been different. Now, vulnerabilities have been exposed to the public. The leadership at EUCOM is right. The public plays a huge role in detecting unauthorized people on an installation, but once they enter the installation undetected you can't differentiate between who is and who is not supposed to be on the base. The most critical step in avoiding a malevolent act is early detection."
