Hawkins to the Chief of Operations Officer (COO). Mr. Hawkins has been above reproach in his dual position as the Director of the SIIM Division and Senior Vice President. He has been extremely successful in negotiating current contracts, establishing numerous teaming agreements, and managing the operations of the SIIM Division. Prior to joining the Strategy X Team, Mr. Hawkins served as the Chief of Survey and Installation for two major corporations, Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems. As well, Mr. Hawkins served in the military as Chief of Resource Management USAF Antiterrorism Special Project Office and Chief of Security Systems Analysis USAF.
