SRGX News Strategy X, Inc. Announces Development of Multi-Million Dollar Proprietary Homeland Security Modeling and Simulation Performance Based Software

HARRISON, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 2005--STRATEGY X, Inc., (PINK SHEETS:SRGX), homeland security specialists, is pleased to announce the company has been working on a very powerful proprietary modeling and simulation software based on system reliability to be used in conjunction with their Homeland Security Effects Based Performance Assessments and Effects Based Security/Anti-Terrorism Analysis (EBSA). The inherent multi-million dollar value of the software is in the Strategy X team of military security field experts, effects based security course designers and instructors that makes Strategy X the 'Father of Effects Based Security' for the USAF. The Strategy X Inc. team consists of the original instructors and top team leaders and members from the effects based security assessment teams. With over 400 hours of classroom instruction and over 100 effects based assessments completed on all of the Air Force's highest priority resources and security systems including the nation's highest priority weapons systems; no other company can match this proven knowledge and expertise.

The Company projects that this type of Modeling and Simulation software in the Homeland Security industry can be valued well over $10,000,000. That number is quantified by the multiple Homeland Security industry application usage, possible commercialization and the security threat results mitigated such as; Federal Government Department of Defense facilities, Army Bases, Naval Bases, Airforce Bases, Department of Energy; Civil Government Hospitals, Airports, Train Stations, Ports, Bridges, Parks; Private Industry Office Towers, Residential Properties, Coliseums, Malls, Banks, Warehouses, Factories, Refineries, Manufacturing Plants.

The software will be based on the product law of series components and will allow the company to provide customers with a quantifiable factor as to the overall effectiveness of a physical security system. The main goal of new Homeland Security Modeling and Simulation software is identifying Security System Effectiveness; this is accomplished by applying a 'reliability study'. This methodology is a very common process, and has been widely used to ensure systems are designed to perform in the most effective manner, while minimizing life-cycle cost. This methodology has been applied to security system designs for over 30 years, but has never before been available to organizations outside of the Department of Energy and the United States Air Force.

Clifford Lewis, President and CEO commented on the project, "This project is certainly a major milestone for Strategy X. Modeling and Simulation is a discipline for developing a level of understanding of the interaction of the parts of a system and of the system as a whole. The level of understanding, which may be developed via this discipline, is seldom achievable via any other discipline. This is very exciting for the company and me as we build a tool that allows us to provide a better product for our clients. Based on our vast experience we can develop a product that will not only be used by Strategy X, Inc but will also open markets in software sales as well as training others to use the software. The revenue possibilities are very exciting and it will take our company to exceptional new heights in a very short period of time."

Mr. Lewis continued, "There are other products available on the market place. However, Strategy X, Inc. is uniquely qualified to produce a superior product because of both our modeling & simulation and our installation experience coupled with our vast knowledge in effects based design and evaluation of physical security systems. Our software will be a broad range scientific, mathematical and engineering problem solver involving a multiple range scale. The large range of scales is required for the large number of variables involved in our performance based security assessments. We are very pleased to initiate this endeavor."
