VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Wataire International Inc. (Pink Sheets:WTAF)
announces that after an in depth review of corporate strategy that it
has approved in principle, a corporate name change that will more
accurately reflect the world wide market potential for its atmospheric
water generator products. A number of possible names are being
considered. When a final choice is made, it will be publicly announced
along with a new CUSIP number and trading symbol.
The Board firmly believes that 2007 will mark a significant increase in
market awareness for the company’s products.
For example, the television program World Business Review, recently
highlighted the company’s innovative
technology. Appearing on CNBC AND Bravo, World Business Review is also
shown on United Airline flights providing broad exposure for the company
and its current product offerings. It is through such promotional
opportunities that the company plans to create a highly distinctive
brand image which can be enhanced by a new corporate name and presence.
The company is currently developing plans to broaden its organizational
capabilities. Wataire is also pursuing financing opportunities to
