RAPIDS, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 09/15/09 -- Green Energy Live (OTCBB:
GELV stock news) today announced that the acquisition of Comanche Livestock
Exchange, LLC (CLEL), a privately-owned Texas-based provider of live
animal auctions, was closed on July 24, 2009, with the delivery of
restricted common stock shares and a promissory note. CLEL will be a
wholly-owned subsidiary.
