LLC to assist the Company with its market communications, investor
relations and strategic planning activities.

Redwood Consultants specializes in creating credible awareness of its
clients' corporate potential to the financial community through
communications with analysts, market makers, institutions, retail
stockbrokers, and individual investors worldwide. Redwood will play a
