Although, to keep our investors apprised of our ongoing progress we plan to announce financial results and hold conference calls on a quarterly as well as on a year-end basis. Due to our merger with Chardan South China Acquisition Corp. in Q1 2008 and the need to consolidate the financials of both companies, our quarterly financial results will be announced approximately 2 months after the end of the quarter. In the future, we expect that our financial results will be announced within a much shorter time frame after each quarter and year-end.”
