What About Renewable Energy
I want to know more about renewable energy. Can renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and hydro produce more energy than they take to create in their life time? I have heard that Photovoltaic Energy solar sources take far more energy and resources to produce than they will ever save. I can't exactly tell you where I heard this, it could have been propaganda passed by big energy to misinform the general public. How about a good old wind mill, I hear they produce magnificent profits for those brave enough to construct them. What are the costs associated with building commercial sized wind mills, and how long do they take to pay for them selves? Yeah, I am asking alot of questions, but I intend to do some research and return hear to answer them. Renewable energy can be a great way to turn a buck, whether installing, selling, or manufacturing alternative renewable energy equipment. As the world seriously embraces these alternative renewable technologies, there should be a great alternative energy industrial boom similar to the technology, or automotive boom. Unfortunately for some Americans currently in the automotive industry, times are a changing, and they are losing their jobs. However, jobs in the alternative energy sector should be booming, of course I do not have any numbers to support the claim! BWEN Broadwind Energy formerly Towertech, was a Wisconsin based wind mill manufacturing company. They still produce wind mills, but they have expanded in to other aspects of their industry creating tremendous growth for their shareholders. Companies like Broadwind Energy should be popping up all over the United States as our economy, and society begin to embrace the end of cheap energy, and encourage the development and introduction of alternative renewable energy production systems on every scale. A question I and many Americans would like answered is, how much would it cost to install and maintain an alternative renewable solar, or wind energy system, that would in time produce significant profits?
